This elegant side table was custom-made to complement the Renaissance curule chair. The design was inspired by an illustration from V.J.Taylor's book The Antique Furniture Trail.

The S-scroll legs of the table are typical of English furniture from the Walnut period (1660-1730). Although the curule chair gained popularity much earlier, the unique shape of legs and bent underframe perfectly complement the chair and side table.
